The yellow structure is the Laniakea supercluster, which contains about 100,000 galaxies. Its not actually it, because no one can take a picture like this. But its a graphical representation of the data that science has collected.
The red dot in the image is the Milky Way galaxy which contains approx. 100 billion stars.

Now lets look at the red dot: The Milky Way: It is just one of billions of galaxies, but the Milky Way is our galaxy, our home in the universe.
